Charlene Jones (Veltri) is a top loan originator in Northern Virginia. She started her career on the west coast where her clients were Microsoft, Nordstrom and Burnstead Homes and relocated in 2000 to the East Coast to work for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Her passion is to treat each client as an executive-level account through listening to the needs of each customer. No customer is the same and each should have a structured loan that best fits their needs. Each client deserves an ethical, honest, and trustworthy loan officer to help them with the financing of their biggest investment.

She has managed several offices, corporate accounts and builder accounts throughout her career. She has been in the mortgage business for more than a decade and has consistently been recognized for her high level of production, management skills and superior customer service.
Charlene has found success in the mortgage business for many reasons but most notably for always putting the customer first. She prides herself on generating her business from past and present clients.

Her goal is simple. Be available for your clients which means she works every day that ends in a "Y". As she puts it "Your Goals Are Her Goals." The goal is quite simple. It's to simplify the mortgage process for her customers. To make the home buying process enjoyable and easy to navigate. Her along with the team thoroughly care about the customers and want them to feel comfortable with their chosen loan program. She strives to get loans closed quickly and in record time while not compromising the borrower experience.

Charlene grew up in a small town in Idaho. This is where she found the true meaning of family. Family is a home where cousins, aunts, uncles and friends gathered for Sunday dinner. All were invited to Sunday dinner with no formal invite. It is how a home should be which is she is passionate about helping her clients.
